- Your account entitles you to up to 5 checks per year. Any checks over this number will be charged for.
- We accept no responsibility for your lost equipment. In the event of a search request, we will provide you with the IP address and time of connection (GMT) IF the computer is attached to the internet. Our obligation ends there. If the computer is not connected to the Internet or you or the police fail to use the information that we provide then we accept no responsibility.
- Information will only be provided if your account is fully paid up to date.
- Movement logs will be stored for 30 day after which they will be deleted.
- You may at any time add extra computers to your account. It is however your responsibility to ensure that your payment is adjusted accordingly.
- The system is rented to you on a month-by-month basis. Ownership of the software, idea and system remains with Tip Top Products 4U.
Full Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions
- The Guarantee only applies if computer is lost or stolen and a police report has been made. A copy of the report will be required.
- The Guarantee applies if the computer is not located by our system within 31 days of the loss being reported to us.
- Maximum refund per lost computer is £24.
- The Computer must have a unique system name, which has linked to our system for over 31 days prior to the loss.
- The word “location” means any IP address that the computer has been used at SINCE its loss.
- Once a claim has been made under the terms of the Guarantee, the number of computers that you have registered will be decreased by one.
